My name is Zhirayr (Gerard) Hakobyan and I'm the lead CPA and the owner of Quantum Tax and Accounting. I have over 10 years of accounting experience, 7 years of which in public accounting sector, specializing in taxation. I'm a CPA, member of CA Society of Certified Public Accountants (CALCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Quantum Tax & Accounting  is a full-service CPA firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in helping medical practitioners, attorneys, real estate investors and others  to legally reduce taxes, increase cash flow, and build wealth.  The typical accounting business model delivers services when asked for (usually during the tax season) and charges hourly or flat fee for it.  That's great, but that is a reactive approach! When the tax year is already over, there is not much you can do to change your tax outcome. The secret to paying the least amount of tax legally possible is through careful tax planning and implementation on an ongoing basis, quarter after quarter, and not just filing your taxes in April. We offer the proactive approach where the accountant is more involved and has more initiative.
